At No Place Like Home, we believe good care starts with knowing the person, not just their needs.

We take the time to understand what matters to each Choices for Independence (CFI) participant, from the way they like their day to flow to the things that help them feel most like themselves. Our role is to offer a helping hand while honoring each person's choices, routines and way of life.

Our Services

  • New Hampshire’s Choices for Independence (CFI) program helps individuals receive the care and support they need while continuing to live safely and independently at home.

    Some participants choose a trusted family member or friend as their caregiver, while others prefer support from a professional caregiver through a licensed home care company like No Place Like Home.

    If you qualify for CFI, many home care services may be covered through Medicaid, with little to no out-of-pocket cost.
